Ryan, a natural athlete, enjoys track and field, swimming and Wing Chun Kung Fu. Some of his film and television credits include 'Blue Bloods', 'The Blacklist', and 'Random Acts of Flyness'. In addition to his body of work on stage, Ryan won the Ocktober Film Festival Best Actor award in 2017 for his performance in the short film 'Blind Faith'. No stranger to the stage Ryan has tackled roles in August Wilson's 'Fences' 'Othello: The Panther', 'The Crucible', 'No Sex Please, We're British', and much more. Now an accomplished actor, Ryan has starred in the Independent Feature Films as 'Luv Don't Live Here', and 'And There Were 4'. The Company Acting Studio in Atlanta Georgia was where it began before he continued his studies with Stella Adler Studio of Acting, and then Anthony Abeson in New York City. Ryan decided to enroll in an acting class, and he hasn't looked back since. However, after a few years Ryan grew restless! This theater and film actress turned acting teacher trained with Stanislavsky and studied the method, but didn’t believe that. Chekhovs technique is a completely imaginative approach to experiencing the truth of the moment. Stella Adler believed that an actor’s talent lies with his imagination.

When his dream of going to the Olympics was crushed due to arthritic knee issues, he submerged himself into his academic studies and earned his BA from Morgan State University, and later his MBA from Clark Atlanta University.
